How we handle incidents
- We notify affected customers by email and on Telegram (@authevo_otp_bot).
- During the beta we don't promise an uptime SLA — see the Terms.
- WhatsApp delivery falls back to Telegram automatically, so a WhatsApp outage alone doesn't stop verification.
